However Custom Cookie Co have no control on deliveries made on our behalf by Royal Mail or any other third party couriers. We are forever at their mercy! In the majority of cases parcels get delivered succesfully. We cannot be held liable for any errors, late or lost parcels.

Q. How long do they last?
All cookies are made fresh to order, just prior to despatch. Gift box cookies are best eaten within a month (or will stay yummy for up to 3 months if transferred to an airtight container). Individually wrapped cookies (that's everything that is not gift boxed) will stay yummy in their ribboned bags for a good 3 months
Q. Can I send cookies to more than one destination?
Yes, either order the cookies separately (so you can enter a different shipping address for each order), or just email the details (products, and delivery addresses) to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will do the rest.
Q. How will my Cookies be delivered?
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Deliveries: There are several delivery options which you can choose (and the prices for each will be shown) in your shopping basket prior to finalising your order on the checkout page.
Standard 1st Class - despatched in 1-3 working days (unless a later date is requested), sent via 1st class Royal Mail who aim to deliver in 1-3 days. In our experience about 90% of 1st class mail arrives the day after dispatch, about 8% arrives in 2-3 days and the rest can take up to 5 days, or is occasionally lost in the post. Standard 1st class mail it is the most economical but is not the most reliable. We retain proof of postage but the delivery is neither tracked nor guaranteed and we're afraid we can't be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
1st Class Recorded - dispatched in 1-3 working days (unless a later date is requested), sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded service. This option is the same as 1st class mail (see above) but this service is Tracked and a signature is required on delivery. We have found this service to me more reliable than std 1st class with almost zero parcels being 'lost in the post'.
Special Delivery - despatched in 1-3 working days (unless a later date is requested) and guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. The safest and most cost effective option for small parcels.
Saturday Special Delivery - Guaranteed Saturday delivery for parcels posted on Friday (orders for Saturday Special must be received by end of day on a Wednesday so that we can decorate your order on Thursday, allow it to dry, and package & despatch on Friday)
Courier Delivery - Generally the most cost effective for orders over 1kg or orders spread over several packages. Despatched in 1-7 working days and guaranteed delivery by the end of the next working day to most UK destinations.
Q. How are the cookies packaged & presented?
a. Gift boxes of cookies are lined with food grade cushion pad (the spongey material you find in chocolate boxes) and glassine, overwrapped with tissue paper, lidded and sealed with a banding strip. Inside the box is a ribboned gift tag bearing your special message. Apart from the main cookies in the box we also use smaller hand decorated 'filler cookie' to ensure the box is completely fully and there is no movement within the box. The number of cookies in the box may vary slightly from the picture on the website because handmade cookies vary in size a little bit.
b. Wedding, Event & Corporate cookies are individually wrapped and trimmed with a satin ribbon in a colour of your choice. Gift tags can be designed to suit your theme, colours, brand or message and attached to the ribbon of each cookie - for prices please e-mail details and numbers required to email@example.com
Once wrapped or gift boxed, the cookies are carefully packed with protective fill into stout outer cartons for shipping
